General support, including reports of non-functioning scripts and key validation issues, is provided through our Discord server. Join here.
Reports may also be submitted using the support form on the key page. Submissions should state the action attempted and the result observed.
Access Restrictions
Automated abuse protection may restrict network addresses that generate keys at an unusual rate or appear to bypass the checkpoint process. This can affect shared mobile and institutional connections. Requests for review may be submitted through the channels above and will be assessed individually.
Privacy Requests
Requests for erasure of stored information should include the visitor identifier or the access key issued. See the privacy policy for details of the information held and applicable retention periods.
Security Disclosures
Security vulnerabilities should be reported privately and not disclosed publicly prior to remediation. Contact details are published at /.well-known/security.txt.

ALX HUB is an independently operated service and is not affiliated with Roblox Corporation. Access keys are provided free of charge; operating costs are funded by the two advertising checkpoints in the key issuance process.
