Terms of Use
1. Acceptance
By generating an access key or executing a script obtained from ALX HUB (the "Service"), the user accepts these Terms of Use in full. Users who do not accept these terms must not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
The Service issues time-limited access keys for a library of Roblox scripts. Keys are provided free of charge and are funded by the completion of two advertising checkpoints. Each key is valid for 24 hours from issuance and is bound to the first device on which it is presented.
3. Permitted Use
Access keys are issued for personal, single-device use. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for that purpose.
4. Prohibited Conduct
The following are prohibited:
- Resale, rental, redistribution, or sharing of access keys.
- Circumvention of the checkpoint process, automated key generation, or any attempt to interfere with the availability or integrity of the Service.
- Redistribution of scripts obtained from the Service as the user's own work, or misrepresentation of affiliation with the Service.
- Any use of the Service for unlawful purposes.
5. No Affiliation with Roblox Corporation
The Service is an independent project. It is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with Roblox Corporation. Use of third-party scripts may contravene the Roblox Terms of Service and may result in restriction or permanent termination of a user's Roblox account. Users assume this risk in full.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service and all scripts are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including without limitation any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. No representation is made that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with any specific game or software version.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ALX HUB shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of or inability to use the Service. This includes, without limitation, restriction or termination of game accounts, loss of virtual items or progress, and any consequence arising from unexpected script behaviour.
8. Suspension and Termination
Access may be restricted, suspended, or terminated at any time and without notice where abuse, circumvention of the checkpoint process, or automated access is detected. Users who believe access has been restricted in error may submit a request for review via the contact page.
9. Amendments
These terms may be revised at any time. The date shown above indicates the version currently in effect. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
